An insecure, uninsured immigrant—working at a gossipy knock-off EPCOT and in love with an American coworker from afar—accidentally swallows his tooth implant, and must choose: retrieve the crown from his feces and humiliate himself in the eyes of the woman he loves, or never shit again.
